The hour that unlocks everything.
55-minute appointment. One-on-one. With a practitioner who reads bodies for a living. Walk out moving like you forgot you could.
Introductory Mobility Assessment
When was the last time you moved without stiffness?
Most adults lose flexibility year by year. The good news: a lot of that stiffness is not permanent. It is your body adapting to sitting, stress, training, and repetition.
Sitting all day
Hip flexors shorten. Shoulders round. Your back works overtime. Your body adapts to the chair, then complains when you ask it to move.
Training while tight
You can be strong and still locked up. Lifting, running, golf, tennis, and pickleball all feel better when your range opens up.
Stretching alone
Solo stretching is mostly guessing. Assisted stretching lets you relax while a trained practitioner finds the places you cannot reach on your own.
What actually happens in your first session
No mystery. No hard sell. Just a practitioner focused entirely on how your body moves and what would help it move better.
Mobility assessment
We quickly check how you move and identify where you are tight, guarded, or compensating.
Targeted assisted stretch
Your practitioner does the work. You relax. The session focuses on what your body actually needs, not a generic routine.
Your take-home plan
You leave with a few simple things to do on your own so the benefits do not disappear the second you walk out.
Real first sessions, real relief.
"It feels like a stretch, physio and massage session all wrapped up into one."
"The stretch will literally change your day, week, life. The staff are exceptional and genuinely invested."
"Fabulous place and even more amazing people. The space is beautiful, warm and welcoming."
Before you book
Loose, comfortable clothing is perfect. Workout clothes work well. Your practitioner needs to be able to move your limbs freely.
No. Most people come in because they are not flexible. The session meets your body where it is.
Massage works on muscle tissue. Assisted stretching works on range of motion, joints, and the nervous system patterns that keep you tight.
Tell us when you book. The assessment is designed to work around existing injuries. If we are not the right fit, we will tell you.
No. Your first session is $79. Ongoing options are there if you want them, but your first visit is about understanding your body and feeling the difference.
